Return Period:

You have 72 hours from delivery to initiate a return request.

Return Conditions:

Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

All labels and tags must be intact.

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged/defective or significantly different from the online description.

All returns are subject to approval.

Return Shipping:

India: Free return shipping within India.

Exchanges:

The requested size will be dispatched upon receiving the returned item.

Unavailable sizes will result in "MIAOW Credits" for future purchases.

One exchange per order.

When will I get my refund?

You will get your refund in 7 to 10 days.

Please Note: Once the product has been picked up, it takes 5-7 working days for the product to reach our warehouse which then goes under Quality Check to ensure it is in original condition with all labels & tags intact. As soon as this process is completed, the refund will be initiated in your account within 48 hours.
